I turned around while stopped for construction and there was a little face smiling back at me. There's not supposed to be a smiling face looking at me in the front seat. So when we stopped I adjusted the straps so she can't sit straight up in her seat and twist around. It's soooo cute but not very safe.
It was Arlie's first Puyallup fair! It was raining but we still managed to have a great time. No rides (neither of us thought it sounded fun to have cold rain blasted into our faces) but we walked around looking at all the exhibits and ate our way through the fair.
