A New Canoe

We took the canoe to Deep Lake in Millersylvania State Park. Someone must have had a great sense of humor because the lake was anything but deep. We didn't catch any fish - only lots and lots of seaweed!

She liked spinning the reel. Andrew likes that she takes her fishing so seriously.

My mom doesn't like to have pictures of her on the internet. It's because of an old FBI warrant she has been ducking for years. So this is Arlie and I helping her celebrate her birthday at our favorite restaurant in Olympia, Budd Bay Cafe. We had so much fun and hope the birthday girl felt special, because she is!!

P.S. Totally kidding about the warrant.

L'Etat de Pomme De Terre

Andrew and Arlie travelled to Idaho for a wedding. I couldn't make it because I had to work. All the Heaters met up in Boise for a few days of family togetherness.
