Last Sunday we celebrated Easter and Arlie's birthday with my mom and Don.
We started with an Easter egg hunt in the backyard.
Then followed the clues to her Easter basket. Andrew is demonstrating to her what ended up being the biggest hit of the basket. You push a nerf dart onto a plastic grenade-looking thing. When you squeeze the bulb of the "grenade" it shoots the dart.
I love, love, love this picture. After shooting Papa Don with all her ammunition it was his turn to shoot back. Well, that idea wasn't as much fun to her and she dove behind her Easter basket for cover.
The bubble gun was also a big hit, but this time she enjoyed being the shooter. . .
. . . and the shootee.
