Victoria

This is a little picture heavy, but think of this as a modern version of the slide show. Only you can scroll through as fast as you'd like, you can skip the boring commentary, and I edited the photos thoroughly so you're not looking at 5 slightly different versions of the same building (I wish people on Facebook would start editing. Yeah your kid is cute, yeah that looks like a fun place to visit ONLY SHOW ME ENOUGH TO TELL THE STORY.)

Ahem. Andrew and I decided to take an impromptu trip to Victoria, BC this weekend (thanks to mom and Don for watching the girls!). I love that Victoria is only a few hours away but is completely different from anything in the US. We did a ton of eating (Tapa Bar and Le Bon Rouge were amazing) and stayed in a really great boutique hotel, The Magnolia. We walked onto the ferry and the hotel was happy to store our luggage before and after checkout time so that we didn't have to lug our bags around. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really, really good. Highly recommend staying there.
